Came in. Was asked if I wanted anything to drink. Got a bottle of water. Got my gel color. All I wanted was a stone massage pedicure. Got in the chair and was immediately asked why I didn't want the cucumber massage which was a little more in price. Which I said sure fine it sounds great. I had to asked for the water temperature to be a little cooler. It was then turned to cold water.I was then told the gel polish would be $30 extra. No thanks I will use the regular polish. I was then told it would be $10 to remove the previous gel polish I had. I was fine with that. She walks away and comes back to the water over flowing from the foot sink. Looks at me and says why didn't you tell me. Had the faucet head been on right and not just thrown in with my feet I would have heard the water going. There were two white customers just seated to my left. They were served beverage in a glass. I asked the young lady closest to me what were they drinks she simply replied water and looked down at my bottle of water. The nail tech says oh you want a glass? I replied no and proceeded to tell her I would like to just pay for what she had already done. I just couldn't spend more than $10 in this establishment. I pay with a card and she tried to swipe my card with wet gloves on and when she finally gives me my card back she just slaps it on the counter. I will never spend another dime of my money or anyone else's money at this nail spa.
